Autorekry Profile personal assessment is based on an AI-assisted statistical personal assessment system developed in Finland.
We observe and report normal personality differences. We do not measure a person's knowledge, skills, or intelligence.
The Autorekry Professional Profile personal assessment is included in all recruitment and direct search assignments.
Autorekry Profile is based on our need for a customized, Finnish MaPP7 personality assessment. It is built on a statistical assessment model, AI-assisted interpretation, and modern web technology. The result is a clear and scalable digital solution that functions without separate onboarding or license training.
We evaluate seven factors: three internal motives and four personality traits (preferences). The model is based on statistical data. The heterogeneous benchmark sample already includes over 10,000 Finnish profiles.
We compare people statistically to each other, not to a theoretical model. It's good to remember that motives and traits are not ranked: people are different, not “good” or “bad.”.
We create a comprehensive candidate profile for the employer, based on an interview and analysis. The Autorekry Profile can also be included in other assignments or purchased as a standalone assessment to support your own recruitment process.
You can also utilize the Autorecruitment Profile for mapping the strengths of your current team and use the results as a tool for development discussions.
MaPP7's motive framework leans on PhD David McClelland's themes (achievement, power, affiliation). We have expanded the structure with subcategories that specify interpretations of work life (10 in total), so that motives are directly linked to observable behavior and do not remain as mere background assumptions.
MaPP7's preferences can be partially equated with the psychological differences described by M.D. C.G. Jung and their organizational applications. They have also been approached through statistically validated models (such as the Big Five).
The whole is not based on a single theory, but on a model that serves practical assessment work, in which preferences and motives are combined into a structured, consistent framework. The goal is to understand people comprehensively and clearly, taking nuances into account (without pigeonholing typologies), as well as to support useful interaction and decision-making.
MaPP7 combines seven elements: a person's internal motives and outward-facing preferences. The result is a holistic picture compiled and visualized for the review of an individual, team, or organization. This allows for the identification of strengths, compatibilities, and areas for development in a consistent and comparable manner.
The system produces a digital, AI-assisted analysis that is reproducible and interpreter-independent. The solution is immediately available without additional licensing training and scales from an individual to an organizational level.
Applicant's perspective
After the analysis, the applicant receives an immediate summary of their profile. Autorekry experts will support the interpretation if needed, so that one's own motives and preferences become clear in practice.
A functioning work community is one of the key factors for success. The Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile helps understand individual differences and build functional teams.
Everything DiSC® is a behavior description tool, but it does not attempt to explain what causes behavior. Everything DiSC® is designed to illustrate the visible traits of behavior, meaning what we can observe in everyday life. Behavior can also be situational. It is not about ”labeling” people, but rather the tool is intended to create and enable discussion. It provides the words and skills to discuss differences and learn to understand different perspectives on matters. The idea of Everything DiSC® is quickly grasped. It does not aim for a personal description at the level of psychometric assessments, but rather produces sufficient knowledge to discuss differences.
The Everything DiSC® profile, validated in Finnish, is based on adaptive testing, which makes it an exceptionally reliable testing method. The research history of the original tool dates back 50 years.
“DISC” is a generic name that is used quite uncritically to describe human behavioral styles. Under this name, free versions are available online whose reliability has not been studied. These should not be confused with Everything DiSC®, which is a behavioral style assessment that has undergone thorough scientific research. A research report has been compiled on Everything DiSC®, which has been published in book form (Everything DiSC® Manual).
