Staffing and Outsourced Services
Autorekry’s temporary staffing service is a fast and flexible way to find employees for short- or long-term positions, flexible working time arrangements and a fixed price agreed in advance. We can find employees for the needs of the automotive industry and related synergistic fields.
Examples of Different Roles
Automotive Secretary Services: Professional, experienced, reliable, and flexible – always on the client’s terms. Working hours can be arranged by the hour, day, or week per month. Available 100% remotely and on-site when needed. Tasks agreed upon in advance, such as vehicle documentation, direct vehicle registrations (Traficom), insurances (Netso), invoicing, preliminary bookkeeping, importer reporting/campaigns/bonus targets, etc. Also includes process development and training.
Warranty Handling Services: Warranty processing in line with manufacturer and dealer guidelines, including monitoring and reporting warranty claims, managing customer complaints, and handling quality deviations.
Temporary or Long-Term Staffing: Automotive secretary, warranty handler, spare parts salesperson, service advisor, sales assistant, foreman, information/cashier personnel, car salesperson and various professionals in vehicle import and retail.
In the temporary staffing service, the employment relationship is between the employee and Autorekry. We provide appropriate training for the employee and handle employer obligations such as pensions, insurance, sick and parental leave, payroll, and occupational health care. The employee works at your workplace flexibly, according to your company’s needs and operating model.
