Autorekry Profile
Autorekry’s personality assessment is based on a self-assessment system developed in Finland. We observe and report on normal personality differences. We do not measure a person’s knowledge, skills, or intelligence. The purpose is also not to identify or report any “abnormalities.”

In the personality assessment, we observe seven different personality traits, four of which relate to a person’s character and three to their internal motivations. Unlike many similar systems, Autorekry Profile is purely based on statistics. Our heterogeneous reference sample currently includes over 10,000 Finnish-language personality profiles, from which the system differentiates 3,456 different trait combinations.

The system utilizes modern technology, including machine learning and vector analysis. One of the most modern fully digital self-assessment systems of the 2020s enables accurate results efficiently.
After completing the analysis, the applicant immediately receives a summary of their profile. Autorekry professionals then review the profile with the applicant, helping them to recognize their own personality traits and motivations.

It is important to remember that there are no better or worse traits. There are just different people with different traits.

Autorekry’s personality assessment is included in all recruitment and direct search assignments. We provide the employer with a comprehensive personal presentation based on the interview and the completed analysis.

Autorekry Profile can also be included in other assignments or purchased as a standalone assessment to support your recruitment process.

The Everything DiSC® Profile, validated in Finnish, is based on adaptive testing, making it considered an exceptionally reliable testing method. The research history of the original tool goes back 50 years.

Our personnel consultants are officially trained and authorized Everything DiSC® trainers. The tool is owned by Wiley (John Wiley Sons, Inc.), one of the world’s leading academic publishers.

You can also use the Workplace Community Profile to assess the strengths of your current team and utilize the results as a tool in development discussions.
