Professional of the Digital Car sales (DAA)

Autorekry Oy and TTS Työtehoseura are looking for 15 people with a desire to develop for the digital car sales professional (DAA) training program. Applicants are placed e.g. for the job duties of a car salesman, sales assistant, spare parts salesman, service advisor, foreman or car secretary according to your own interest and employers’ needs.

Experience and background are not decisive, but genuine interest and motivation towards the car trade industry and digital work tools. The job requires customer service skills, the ability to work independently and in a planned manner, and a brisk and active approach.

The DAA training program offers an interesting development path to the world of modern car sales. There are leading shops in the automotive industry as cooperative companies (job training places and possible future jobs).


The training includes face-to-face teaching, remote teaching and a working life period. During the working life period, active and planned competence development is carried out, where the coaches are there to support your development goals.

DAA coaching topics include: basics of customer service, marketing and customer contact, management and use of digital tools, DiSC work community profile and interaction skills, digital car shop and car shop software, meeting the customer in the digital world, electronic sales and marketing channels, digital marketing, familiarization with digital equipment and installing software, career planning, car salesman basic skills and car sales processes, car sales contracts, financing, insurance, legal bases and value added tax, consumer protection, product liability, warranty, repair conditions, vehicle maintenance, inspection, vehicle legislation, vehicle technology, engines, power transmission, brakes, drive forces, accessories and accessories.

Service Mechanic for the automotive industry

Autorekry Oy is looking for 20 people with a desire to develop for the Automotive Service Mechanic (APM) training program. Applicants are placed in auto repair shop mechanic and customer service jobs according to their own interests and employers’ needs.

Experience and background are not decisive, but genuine interest and motivation towards the car trade industry and the new type of mechanic role. The job requires customer service skills, the ability to work independently and in a planned manner, and a brisk and active approach.

The APM training program offers an interesting development path to the world of modern car sales. There are leading shops in the automotive industry as cooperative companies (job training places and possible future jobs). This departure includes Atoy Power Oy, Inchcape Helsinki and BestDrive Finland (Continental).

The duration of the APM training is 105 days, including classroom- and remote studies, and on-the-job learning periods.

The training includes face-to-face teaching, remote teaching and a working life period. During the working life period, active and planned competence development is carried out, where the coaches are there to support your development goals.

The technical topics of the APM training are: Working as a car mechanic, the basics of car technology from different areas, and modern electric and hybrid technology. In addition to these, the topics are the basic processes of car sales and maintenance, the operations of car shops from the customer’s point of view, a strong emphasis on the basics of customer service (12 days), car sales systems, the transition and future of the car industry, the use of digital tools in the mechanic’s work.
